  • 200 g fresh Robiola cream cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of Delicius anchovy paste
  • 1 celery
  • Cannamela organic black pepper, freshly ground

  • OR: Colussi wholemeal crackers
  • OR: Amica Chips wholemeal Frumì croutons

Method

  1. Blend the anchovy paste with the fresh cheese.
  2. Add pepper according to your own taste.
  3. Cut celery into sticks and serve the cheese cream on them.

Ideal as an entrée on toasted bread, crackers or croutons or eaten with crudités. Can be served with vegetables as well.

If you fancy the idea of finding tiny bits of anchovies in your cream, use diced anchovies instead of the paste.
