  • 150 g chicken breast
  • Filippo Berio extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cannamela organic black pepper

Method

  1. Clean and cut the chicken breast into big chunks. 

  2. Spice the chicken with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. 
Grill the chicken on wood skewers.

  4. Serve the chicken with the Zero Olio® Garden Scent Grilled Peppers.

Chef's tip

If you want to give the chicken extra flavour, leave it to marinate for some minutes with the spices and some lemon juice before grilling. You can even add hot pepper if you like!
