  • 300 g spreadable cheese
  • 250 g very fresh ricotta cheese
  • ½ jar of cherry preserves with cherries in pieces
  • 8 pcs Sapori di Siena Brutti ma buoni
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar

  1. Mix the ricotta, the spreadable cheese and the icing sugar in a bowl.
  2. Once the mixture gets creamy, place it in a piping bag.
  3. Assemble the glasses: a layer of crumbled brutti ma buoni, a layer of cream from the piping bag and a heaped spoonful of cherries.
  4. Garnish with another roughly crumbled cookie, then serve.

Chef's tip

Feel free to add chocolate chips to the ricotta and spreadable cheese mixture for an extra flavour!
