Dish history

Looking for an original, new slant on how to prepare chicken? We might have just what you need! This dish has somewhat of an exotic taste, thanks to the use of peanuts, which are very much popular in Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine. The cooking of the meat in boiling water is ideal if you want to achieve a lightdelicate dish. Its taste is then enhanced by the rich, creamy peanut sauce. Serve with salads and vegetables to obtain a nutritionally balanced meal!
