Method
Mix the cocoa and cornflour in a casserole with a little bit of milk. Whisk if desired!
Add the remaining milk and the cream with the spices and bring to the boil.
Next, grate the chocolate and put in a bowl.
When the milk and the cream are ready, pour them on the chocolate and blend until you obtain a creamy and smooth mixture.
Put the hot chocolate into four jars. Add the whipped cream, the candied ginger, the little meringues and a cinnamon stick to each. Serve immediately.
