Dish history

Pizza is by far the most famous Italian dish; ask anyone what they first think of when they hear the word 'Italian food', and their automatic response will be: pizza. There are many ways of making pizza, according to where you are, it can be thick or very thin, lightly seasoned or covered with toppings - you choose! There's no wrong way of makin it - apart from maybe adding pineapple: that's not really typical Italian! In this recipe we suggest a delicious combination, much appreciated in the Bel Paese, which is tuna fish with onion. We promise, you won't be disappointed!
