MethodPut 100 g of plain flour, 2 eggs, 300 ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a little salt into a bowl or large jug. Whisk into a smooth batter.
Set a frying pan over a medium heat and wipe with oiled baking paper. Pour in the mixture and cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden. Then, serve your pancakes with strawberry jam and whipped cream.
