Ingredients

  • 160 g short pasta Barilla
  • 185 g Ponti Zero Olio® grilled champignon mushrooms (½ jar)
  • 50 g kalamata olives
  • 5 g basil (fresh or Cannamela's)
  • Filippo Berio extra virgin olive oil
  • Ponti balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
  • Cannamela organic black pepper
  • salt

Method

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. 
Drain the pasta and dress it while it's still warm with chopped kalamata olives, Zero Olio® grilled champignon mushrooms, basil, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

Serve with some drops of Ponti balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
