Apple, nuts & berries pie

Method

Peel and slice the apples. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast and cinnamon; in another bowl mix oil and Valsoia soy milk, then add sugar. Blend them, add berries and nuts. Cook for 30' at 180° C.
