Tiramisu with Pandoro

  • 2 slices of Bauli Pandoro
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 100ml Lavazza coffee

Method

Prepare the coffee and pour it in a bowl. Add the milk and allow to cool.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar using an electric whisk. Once fully blended, add the mascarpone and continue to stir until you have a thick, homogenous cream.
Briefly soak each pandoro slice in coffee, making sure to remove them before the pandoro breaks apart. Cover the bottom of a cup with some chunks of the soaked Pandoro.
Pour some mascarpone cream on top and level it with a spoon. Repeat, by alternating the pandoro and mascarpone cream, until the cup is completely full. Chill before serving.
