Ingredients

  • 200 g Noberasco organic hazelnuts, toasted
  • 200 g classic Bauli panettone
  • 200 g dark Novi chocolate

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Cut the panettone into thin slices, arrange them on a baking tray and toast for 5 minutes.
  3. Once warmed, crumb them finely.
  4. Chop the hazelnuts into small pieces, the size of a grain.
  5. Melt the chocolate in bain-marie, let cool, then add the panettone and mix with a spatula. You’ll get a soft dough.
  6. Put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then take it out and, using a teaspoon, dunk portions of the dough into the hazelnut grains and roll them until they are covered with it.
  7. Make the bon bons round in shape and put them in little fluted paper cases.
  8. Let them harden in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
