Mini Burger with Artichokes, Tomato Sauce and Caramelized Onion

Ingredients

  • 4 Orogel Mini Burgers with Artichokes
  • 4 whole-grain burger buns
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 150g goat cheese
  • 10 sundried tomatoes
  • 100ml tomato sauce
  • 1 shallot

Method

Mix the tomato sauce with the sundried tomatoes and the chopped shallot, using a blender. Chop the carrots and the red onion and cook in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes, until caramelized. Remove from the oven.
Cut the buns and put them in the oven for 10 minutes. Cook the Mini Burger in a non-sticking pan according to instructions. Serve the buns with the burger, some goat cheese, tomato sauce and caramelized veggie.
