Pancakes with Fabbri Minitopping Caramel Syrup

Ingredients

  • 150g flour 00
  • 150ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 30g of butter
  • Half teaspoon baking powder
  • Fabbri Minitopping Caramel Syrup

Method

Melt the butter and set it aside, keeping it warm.

Sift the flour and the baking powder together, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt.

Whisk the eggs together with the milk and melted butter, then combine with the flour mixture until you get a smooth batter, with no lumps.

Grease (with butter) a 12cm skillet and add two tablespoons of the mixture.

When bubbles start to form on the surface, flip your pancakes. Cook for an additional 30 seconds before removing the pancake.

Repeat this process until the batter is gone.

Serve with Fabbri Minitopping Caramel Syrup in order to give your pancakes a special twist!
