  • 300 g shelled crayfish
  • 80 g cucumbers
  • 50 ml Filippo Berio extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Ponti Gastronomic Glaze
  • Cannamela organic black pepper
  • pink pepper
  • Cannamela organic thyme
  • salt


  1. Shell the crayfish and butterfly it.
  2. Let it marinate with the lemon juice, pink pepper, salt, black pepper and thyme for ten minutes.
  3. Peel and slice the cucumbers and season them with oil and a pinch of salt.
  4. Steam the crayfish for a couple of minutes, lay it on the cucumber salad and dress it with the Ponti Gastronomic Glaze.
  5. Garnish with some thyme.

Chef's tip

You can replace the crayfish with fresh prawns.
